Mary Mecham

She writes retellings of fairy tales and fantasy novels. All of her books have romance, but the type where you are yelling at the characters to kiss already and giggle when they happen to brush hands. She loves to portray disabilities in her books as proof that just because some people have to do things differently doesn't mean they can't do it at all.

I have read three of her books so far and have more on my TBR list.

Callie Mae Shaw

She writes contemporary romances and currently has one series out now. Her books contain characters that have depth and are complicated, and deal with situations that are realistic. Her romance has some heat, but everything is closed-door. She also makes a playlist to go along with every one of her books. I did not want to put her books down and I binged the series and I am eagerly waiting for the book she is currently working on to be released.

I have read five of her books, and she has a spot on my read-on-release list.
